Vincent first posted these photos on the Hyperscale Plastic
Pics discussion board. I contacted Vincent and asked if
IPMS Memphis could set up a gallery and display his photos
for modelers and history buffs to use as a referance. These
photos may not be used for publication without Vincent's
permission. I asked Vincent how he was able to take the
pictures and he stated "The majority of my Viet Nam
aviation pictures were taken when I was operating out of
FSB Tan Canh with the ARVN 42nd Infantry Regement, in the
Tri-border area where Cambodia, Laos & South Viet Nam
all come together - the Central Highlands. I later served
with the 101st Airborne in the north, mainly out of FSB
Bastogne near the A Shau Valley to the west of Hue. After
Lam Son 719 in the spring of 1971 I occassionaly ended up
in the vicinity of DaNang, so I was able to get some
photos". In addition to the Vietnam pics, there are photos
taken at Quanitco, VA and Japanese relics taken in 1978 in
the Caroline Islands. Thanks Vincent for allowing us to
share in your memories.
